The house, renovated in 1989, is part of a typical Tuscan farmhouse (casa colonica). On the ground floor, the accommodation consists of a large sitting room with a huge fireplace, a kitchen/dining room with french windows opening on to the garden, and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two large single beds) and a bathroom with a bath/shower. In addition, there is modern gas central heating for the winter months.
